Your credentials never leave your keyboard.
Much of consumer finance runs on you handing your bank login to a third party so it can read your accounts. We reject that model entirely. In a Streamlined Financials session, every password and every multi-factor code is typed by you, on your own device, and we never see either.
We hold no client funds, operate no accounts on your behalf, and store no credentials. There is nothing on our side to breach, because nothing of yours is on our side.
How we work safely.
The boundaries below are built into how every session runs.
A secured video call
We meet on Zoom with a unique meeting ID and waiting room. You share your screen; we never request remote control.
You drive, we guide
Every click is yours. We read the screen and talk you through it in plain English.
Credentials off-camera
When a password or MFA code is needed, you pause the share, enter it, and resume. We never see the keystrokes.
Nothing retained
No recording, no screenshots, no stored data. The session notes we keep are the account names you opened and the percentages you chose — nothing that could access either.

Because we hold no access to anything of yours, these boundaries are structural, not promises.
We can
Guide you through opening accounts, configuring direct-deposit splits, and setting recurring investments — all inside your own logged-in sessions.
We cannot
Move money, place trades, change your allocations, or log in to anything of yours. We have no access with which to do so.
We keep
Your intake answers, signed agreements, and a record of the accounts and percentages set in the session — retained for support, encrypted at rest.
We never keep
Passwords, MFA codes, account numbers, security questions, or recordings of any session. If you ever receive a request for these claiming to be from us, it is not.
The only combination in this arrangement is yours. That's by design.
