You see the vendor invoice, you pay the vendor price. Anything over $400 is approved by you first.

Walkthrough, days 1 to 3
Anders or Tomas visits, photographs everything, and lists what should be done before a resident moves in.
Rent figure, days 3 to 5
Priced against the last ninety days of single family leases in your town, with the comparable addresses. No obligation.
Prep and photography, days 5 to 12
Our trades do the prep at cost. Photography and floor plan the day it is finished, listed within 48 hours of that.
Showings and signing, days 12 to 21
Showings, applications reviewed within two business days, lease signed and deposit collected. Average vacancy is eleven days.
