Tour
Book online or call. Tours are with a member of the team who knows the house, not a lockbox code. Evenings and Saturdays available.
Apply
$45 per adult, online, fifteen minutes. Pay stubs or an offer letter, ID, and two prior landlord contacts. Decisions in two business days.
Sign
A twelve month Massachusetts lease in plain English, signed electronically. Deposit held in a separate account as the law requires.
Move in
A walkthrough together, a photographed condition report you sign, keys and the Wi Fi password if the owner left one.

48 hour response
Submit a request in the portal or call. Someone is at the house or on the phone with a plan within 48 hours.
Resident portal
Pay rent by bank transfer at no fee, file requests with photos, and download your lease and ledger.
Renewal, early
Ninety days before your lease ends we send terms. Increases are capped at five percent for residents in good standing.
